Returns

At Walker and Hawkes, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and always endeavour to meet the high standards we feel our customers deserve. As such, the garment you choose should arrive in pristine condition. Should this not be the case, or if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then we offer the following terms and conditions for your satisfaction:

If your garments have been lost or damaged in transit, have arrived faulty, or are incorrect, please contact us immediately at cu**********@wa*************.com. We will then arrange the best course of action to take.

If your product has developed a fault, please get in touch with us with your ‘Order ID’ number to hand. We can then discuss the preferred course of action that you would like us to take.

If you want to return a purchase to us for any other reason, we offer a No Quibble 60-day returns policy. All that we ask is that you please return the item unused, in its original packaging and a saleable condition. We recommend using a signed-for service, via a reputable courier, with adequate insurance to cover the item’s value. To facilitate a speedy refund, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return. You can find our returns address at the bottom of this page.

Please note that all refunds are applied once garment(s) are received (in original condition with tags).
As soon as we receive the goods in our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. If you wish to exchange, you may purchase the size you require from our store once the refund is received.

Please note that any original postage charge is not refunded when you return your order.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above terms and conditions.

Holiday Returns: Any purchase made between 1st October and 24th December can be returned before 31st January, subject to our normal terms and conditions.
